Sponsor Aisle Banners at the Pharmacy Conference and have your company logo present throughout the Exhibit Hall. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on each Aisle Banner under the Aisle Numbers.

Attracting conference decision-makers and world renowned speakers, the Business Programs are very popular with the Pharmacy Conference attendees. Sponsor has the unique opportunity to have corporate staff members greet session attendees as they arrive. Corporate logo will be displayed on the large screens when not in use by the speaker and on all door signage.

Closing Reception, Dinner & Entertainment

This is the final big bash of the Pharmacy Conference where all attendees convene to celebrate the conclusion of another successful gathering and to honor the 2008 Harold W. Pratt award recipient. Sponsor will be promoted through the pre-show, on-site, and post-show NACDS marketing material, and given the opportunity to address the audience before the entertainment.

Conference Portfolio

Exhibit Hall Cyber Stations

The Exhibit Hall Cyber Stations consists of computer terminals with printers placed throughout the exhibit hall. Sponsor will receive recognition on the screen saver and signage at each station. NACDS provides all programming and equipment, the sponsor just has to show up and enjoy the show. Capabilities will include internet connections and email access.

Exhibitor Locator Card

The Pharmacy & Technology Conference Exhibit Hall can be easily navigated by all attendees who utilize the Exhibitor Locator Card. By sponsoring this exclusive high profile appointment tool, your company will be recognized every time an attendee opens the map saving valuable time between important appointments.

General Program Sponsor
In addition to your valuable contribution, each sponsoring company will have an opportunity to host a VIP table (for 10) at the Closing Dinner on Tuesday evening August 26th. Sponsor will also be invited to attend a private Sponsor’s Reception with key chain retail executives. Hotel Key Cards

Sponsor the hotel room Key Cards of attendees staying at the Westin and communicate your company message each time the attendee enters their hotel room. Logo and booth location is printed on each room key card for attendees of the event. Sponsor has the option of designing the key card within hotel specifications.

Lanyards for Badges

Sponsor the event lanyards and allow the attendees to do the advertising for you! NACDS will produce lanyards printed with the sponsor logo and distribute them to all registrants when they arrive on site.

Luggage Tags (New This Year!)
Be the first to welcome attendees with a message from your company that will be placed in the NACDS 75th Anniversary luggage tags. Be creative with your message and drive participants to your booth. Luggage tags will be given to all registered individuals participating in the 2008 Pharmacy & Technology Conference.

Pillow Cards

This exclusive sponsorship is a time saver and final nighttime reminder of the next day’s activities. At the conclusion of each business day, one Pillow Card will be placed in the hotel room of all attendees who stay at the Westin hotel starting on Friday, August 22th through Tuesday, August 26th. This high profile sponsor opportunity will be the last thing each attendee remembers as they drift off to sleep and the perfect item to get them started for the busy day ahead.

Pocket Guide

This handy little pocket guide is a quick reference to the daily activities taking place at the Pharmacy Conference. NACDS will distribute the new miniature Pocket Guide prominently placed behind the name badge of all attendees. Sponsor will have their logo strategically placed for maximum brand building and recognition.

Registration Bag Inserts
Sponsor can place a one-page flyer in the registration bag distributed to all conference attendees. This is ideal to advertise your booth location, invite attendees to your cocktail party, or supply all attendees with your product brochure. Inserts must be 8 1/2” x 11” size or smaller, NACDS needs to approve the insert prior to August 4, 2008 and have in hand by August 11, 2008. Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.

Located on the Convention Center floor, the Retailer/International Business Lounge is the meeting place for all Retail and International attendees. This is your best opportunity to meet and forge relationships with key retail executives and international companies looking to import solutions.
