Return your form and payment via the U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. Other overnight delivery services, such as Fed Ex, cannot deliver to the “Department 814” address.
Your complimentary registration includes all business and education sessions and social activites for each registrant and spouse/companion.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Registration cancellations & substitutions for this meeting must be made in writing to NACDS. If you would like to make a cancellation or substitution, please use the appropriate form to the right.
Refunds for hotel fees are only available for cancellations made prior to January 7, 2008.
You are responsible for contacting the assigned hotel directly in order to cancel hotel reservations. Any changes/cancellation of reservations made after January 7, 2008, will result in the forfeit of first and last night's stay.
