Housing Instructions
One completed form per registrant is required (please make copies as necessary). If you request NACDS to make your room reservation, Attendee Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date and Credit Card information are required. Room rates are guaranteed until
January 7, 2008.
Confirmation
NACDS does not provide hotel confirmations. They will be sent directly from your assigned hotel.
Payment
A first and last night's deposit WILL be charged to your credit card. Final hotel balances are to be paid directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
Hotel Changes/Cancellations Prior to January 7, 2008
You may cancel or change your reservations without penalty.
After January 7, 2008
You will forfeit your first and last night's deposit for any date changes, cancellations, or no shows.

Reservation Deadline — January 7, 2008
NACDS will make all hotel reservations until January 7, 2008. Reservation requests received after January 7, 2008 will be handled on a space and rate available basis.
