Sponsorship of the Marketplace Conference provides organizations the ability to enhance their image with current and prospective customers from Food, Drug, Mass and Specialty retailers. Aisle Banners
SOLD
Sponsor Aisle Banners at the Marketplace Conference and have your company logo present through out the Exhibit Hall.  Your company logo will be prominently displayed on each Aisle Banner under the Aisle Numbers.

Daily Schedule of Events Email
This exclusive sponsorship is a time-saver and final nighttime reminder of the next day's activities. At the conclusion of each business day, an email will be sent to all attendees with the next day's schedule of events. By sponsoring this high-profile opportunity, your company will be recognized each time an attendee utilizes the Daily Schedule of Events Email to assist them throughout their busy day ahead.

Exhibit Hall Cyber Stations
The Exhibit Hall Cyber Stations consist of computer terminals placed throughout the Exhibit Hall.  Sponsor will receive recognition on the screen saver and signage at each station.  NACDS provides all programming and equipment, the sponsor just has to show up and enjoy the show.  Capabilities will include Internet connection and e-mail access.

Exhibitor Locator Cards
The Marketplace Exhibit Hall can be easily navigated by all attendees who use the Exhibitor Locator Card.  By sponsoring this exclusive high-profile appointment tool, your company will be recognized every time an attendee opens this map, saving valuable time between important appointments.

General Program Sponsor
Sponsor can place a one-page advertisement in the Registration Kit distributed to all conference attendees.  This is ideal to advertise your booth location, invite attendees to your private event, or supply all attendees with your new product information.  NACDS needs to approve the insert prior to May 3, 2010, and have in hand by May 21, 2010. Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.

Hotel Room Key Cards

Sponsor the Conference hotel keys of attendees staying at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel and communicate your company message each time the attendees enter their hotel room.  Logo and message is printed on each of the keys for attendees of the Conference.  Sponsor has the option of designing the key within hotel specifications.

Lanyards for Badges

Sponsor the event lanyards and allow the attendees to do the advertising for you!  NACDS will produce lanyards printed with the sponsor logo and distribute them to all registrants when they arrive on site.

Networking Refreshment Breaks
Sponsor will receive exclusive recognition by providing coffee breaks to attendees participating in the education sessions.  Sponsor receives napkins with their logo, signage on the break tables, and an opportunity to leave literature at each station.

Pocket Guide
This handy little pocket guide is a quick reference to the daily activities taking place at the Marketplace Conference.  NACDS will prominently place the Pocket Guide behind the name badge of all attendees.  Sponsor will have their logo strategically placed for maximum brand building and recognition.

Refreshment Breaks
Sponsor will receive exclusive recognition by providing coffee and beverages to attendees on the Exhibit Hall floor.  Sponsor will receive napkins with their logo, signage on the break tables, and an opportunity to leave literature at the stations.

Registration Bag Inserts
Sponsor can place a one-page flyer in the registration bag distributed to all conference attendees.  This is ideal to advertise your booth location, invite attendees to your private event, or supply all attendees with your product brochure.  Inserts must be 8 1/2"x11" size or smaller and NACDS needs to approve the insert prior to May 3, 2010 and have in hand by May 21, 2010.  Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.  Only 5 Available!

Welcoming Reception (Sunday, June 6, 2010)
Welcome attendees to the conference with this casual reception.  Attendees will gather to celebrate and network the evening that the Exhibit Hall is open for the first day.  The Welcoming Reception is organized by NACDS and includes open bar(s) and heavy hors d'oeuvres.  Sponsor benefits include signage at the main entrance, signage at each bar with corporate recognition, napkins with corporate logo, a write-up in the Program Guide, and your logo on our "Thanks To Our Sponsors" signage.
