How It Works

Grand Prize Winner
  • Retailers receive a participation form with their registration materials when checking in at Marketplace.
  • The retailer must visit the booths of Retailer Relay Sponsors, where each sponsoring exhibitor will stamp a designated spot on the form.
  • When the retailer has had their form stamped by all the Relay Sponsors in an exhibit hall, they turn it in for a chance to win prizes.

How your company benefits:

As a Retailer Relay Sponsor, your company will receive the following:

  • Your Company Name highlighted on the Retailer Relay Form.
  • Your Booth location and number highlighted on the form's Exhibit Hall Floorplan.
  • A sign identifying your booth as an "Official Stamping Station" (as well as the necessary stamping tools).
  • The opportunity to meet the many Retailers who will visit your booth to get their form stamped and enter the drawing.
  • And to maximize the value of this program to you, we are limiting participation to a maximum of 15 total sponsors per hall. That's less than 10% of the total number of exhibitors at Marketplace who will have this opportunity to participate! Because this will be such a select group and sponsorship opportunities are so limited, you'll need to act fast. We will sell out again quickly.

Sponsor Participation Level & Fee:

  • The Retailer Relay (only 15 sponsors per hall) -- For sponsorship of the Grand Prize -- a 2009 Acura TSX Sports Sedan. For a retailer to enter the "Exploration" level they must visit all 10 sponsor booths in each hall by the end of the show and have their form stamped by each sponsoring exhibitor. The cost for this sponsorship is $995.

This program was designed to enhance the retailer experience at Marketplace. Funds generated by the program will be used to promote retailer participation at this and future Marketplace Conferences.
