Product Showcase

The ever popular Marketplace Product Showcase program has gone virtual! That's right, for the first time since the program's inception, participants will have a presence on the Marketplace website!

As always, participants in the program will have their products prominently displayed in glass cases on the Marketplace exhibit hall floor as well as in the Marketplace Program & Registration Guide, but new this year, Product Showcase participants will ALSO have their products featured on the Marketplace website.

So, how much added exposure will you get?
Consider this:

  1. Your product will be presented in a special section of the Marketplace website prior to the conference and for several months after. Your listing will include your company name, booth number, product description and color photograph of your product.
  2. Your product will be featured in a special section of the Marketplace Program & Registration Guide, the "Bible of Marketplace", which is given to each and every participant when they register at the conference and will include the same information as in the website listing.
  3. Your product will be prominently displayed on the exhibit hall floor, front and center, in the custom designed Product Showcase glass cases.

Retailers looking for new merchandising ideas will preview products in advance of Marketplace on the NACDS Marketplace website, then once they arrive at the show they will see them again in the cases on the exhibit hall floor and in the Marketplace Program & Registration Guide. That's three additional points of invaluable exposure!

You will also have an opportunity to win "Best of the Best" - a winner will be selected for each product category and announced during show hours on Wednesday, July 1.

Program details:

  • $575.00 Entry fee is required.
  • You must complete the online entry form and include credit card information or complete the fillable PDF version of the form and return it via fax to (703) 684-3969.
  • Deadline for entries is May 8, 2009. A limited number of spaces are available. Entries will be accepted in the order received.
  • Entries are limited to exhibiting companies at the 2009 Marketplace Conference.
  • All entries will be displayed by product category in alphabetical order by company and identified by a sign listing company name and booth number.
  • Installation of product will take place from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
  • Product must be retrieved from the Product Showcases by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1. Product not retrieved by 4:00 p.m. will be donated to charity.
  • Each product/product line will be displayed in a space approximately 20" deep x 23" wide x 12" high. Door opening is 9 1/4" wide.
