NACDS is no longer accepting hotel reservations; please contact the listed hotels directly for current rates and available dates.
RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Hotel room confirmations will be mailed directly from each hotel, not from NACDS. For arrival and/or departure changes, name changes and cancellations, please contact your assigned hotel directly.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
All Marketplace Conference hotels require a room deposit equaling the first and last night's stay. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided on the Hotel Reservation section of your registration form on or after May 22, 2009. No deposit refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after May 22, 2009.
SUITE ACCOMMODATIONS
Suite requests must be made in writing to sjack@nacds.org. Remember to include the name of the conference, the name of the registered conference attendee to whom a suite (if available) should be assigned and the hotel for which you are requesting a suite in. A limited number of suites are available at each NACDS hotel. NACDS will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Exhibitors, please note:
Your company must purchase booth space in order to be assigned a hotel suite.
