Individual Registration Instructions

 
Marketplace is an exhibit-based trade show. All Associate/Supplier participants must reserve a booth in order to attend. (Exceptions are Trade Press and Manufacturers Representatives associated with a booth).
 
Registrations received without either payment or complete information will not be accepted. Registration fees are not included in Booth Fees.
 
Fax or Mail: If you wish to fax your individual registration form and pay by credit card, or if you intend to mail your registration and pay by check or credit card. Please make all checks payable to NACDS.

Booth Registration Instructions

 
Forward check or credit card payment for the full booth fee with the Booth Space Application Form or a copy of your Form.
 
Advance Registration Forms must be followed by a check for the full booth fee mailed to the address listed below.
 
Booth fee does not include registration fee for any booth personnel. Booth personnel must register separately using the “Associate/Supplier Registration Form.”

Use U.S. Postal Service First Class, Priority, or Express Mail only (other overnight type mail services will not be accepted).
 
Payment must accompany your completed form(s) before your registration will be accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.
 
Individual registration fees may be paid by check or credit card. Faxed registrations paid by credit card will be accepted.
 
All checks should be payable to “NACDS”.
 
All registrants will be e-mailed a conference confirmation.
 
Badges will be available onsite and are not provided in advance.

Hotel assignments will be made within four to six weeks from the date NACDS receives your registration. Confirmations come directly from your hotel. All date changes, cancellations and name substitutions should be made directly with your assigned hotel.

Attire Guidelines

Business Casual Attire (long slacks, collared shirts, casual shoes) (no jeans, sneakers, sandals, etc.) is required for entrance to the Exhibit Hall during all Exhibit Hall hours.

NACDS has eliminated all Retailer registration fees
for the Marketplace Conference. In addition there
is a special promotional offering through which
NACDS will provide air fare and lodging for
designated individuals, of qualifying companies,
who participate in the Meet the Market program.
