What is Meet the Market?
The 2007 Marketplace Conference Meet the Market is a special program designed to give you the opportunity to present your company and products in pre-set appointments to some of the industry's most important retailers. There is no additional cost for this program. It is one of the value-added services available to eligible Marketplace exhibitors.
Eligibility:

All “First-Time Exhibitors” are eligible. |

Any exhibitor who has at least one “New Product” that has been launched since July 2006 or will be launched in 2007 is eligible. If you have exhibited at a Marketplace Conference in prior years, but have a “New Product,” you are eligible. |
Logistics:
All scheduled appointments are based on the product category(s) that you indicate on the Meet the Market registration form.

Scheduled for Saturday, June 23rd from 12:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 24th from 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. | |

NACDS will schedule your company with eight-minute pre-set appointments outside of show hours. | |
• |
Appointments will be held upstairs from the Exhibit Hall on the 3rd Floor, Ballroom Level of the NEW Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. | |

Eligible manufacturers may designate two representatives to work together in the program; however, each company will have only one set of appointments. | |
• |
Your representative(s) will move to each retail appointment table and are encouraged to bring appropriate company and product information for demonstration purposes; however, it should not be more than you can hand carry or pull in a Pullman-type/carry-on rolling case. | |
