Board of Directors Reception, Dinner & Entertainment

This is the final evening of entertainment of the Annual Meeting where all attendees convene to celebrate the conclusion of another successful gathering and to honor the NACDS Board of Directors and the 2009 Lifetime Achievement and Begley award recipients. As in years past, this event will conclude with a terrific show. Sponsor will be promoted through the pre-show, on-site, and post show NACDS marketing material. Special VIP seating and photo opportunities with the entertainment are also included.

Conference Portfolio

The Conference Portfolio is the perfect opportunity for your company to reach all attendees of the Annual Meeting. Each portfolio comes with a notepad of paper and will be made available to all participants who have registered for the event. Cyber Stations

The Cyber Stations consists of computer terminals with printers placed in the highest traffic area of the Annual Meeting. Sponsor will receive recognition on the screen saver and signage at each station. NACDS provides all programming and equipment, the sponsor just has to show up and enjoy the show. Capabilities will include Internet connections and e-mail access.

General Program Sponsor
In recognition of your valuable contribution, your company will have an opportunity to host a VIP table (for 10) at the Tuesday evening Board of Directors Dinner and receive special reserved entertainment seating on Tuesday evening April 21. You will also be provided with an invitation to attend a special VIP Sponsor’s Reception with the NACDS Board of Directors and retailers as well as acknowledged during the Annual Meeting.

The NACDS Luncheon

Registration Bag Inserts
Sponsors can place a one-page flyer in the registration bag distributed to all conference attendees. This is ideal to advertise your booth location, invite attendees to your cocktail party, or supply all attendees with your product brochure. Inserts must be 8 1/2” x 11” size or smaller, NACDS needs to approve the insert prior to March 13, 2009, and have in hand by April 3, 2009. Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.
