Brian Boyd, Vice President, Worldwide Environment, Health & Safety, Johnson & Johnson began his career as a regulator for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, gaining valuable understanding of the government perspective on compliance, enforcement and risks to the environment. Brian joined Johnson & Johnson at McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals in 1990, where he progressed to become Manager of Environmental Engineering. In 1997 he was promoted to Manager, Engineering, for the McNeil Las Piedras manufacturing plant where he led the plant launch team for MOTRIN production.
Brian joined Worldwide Environmental Affairs in 1999 as Director where he was instrumental in the development of the global environmental dashboard, external manufacturing and supplier programs, the MAARS process and in supporting all of our business groups. Brian was promoted to VP, Worldwide Environment, Health & Safety in November, 2003.
He received his B. S. in Biology/Environmental Studies from East Stroudsburg University and is a member of the Water Environment Federation and the Cosmetics/Toiletries/Fragrances Association.

Morton Kondracke has been a journalist for 45 years, 40 of them in Washington, and has covered nearly every phase of American politics and foreign policy. He's done so in newspapers, magazines and on radio and TV.
Since 1991, Morton has been executive editor and columnist for Roll Call, Capitol Hill's independent newspaper. He writes "Pennsylvania Avenue," a weekly column on national politics, domestic and foreign policy, syndicated nationally through United Media.
He has been a regular commentator for the Fox News Channel since October 1996. He also has been co-host of the weekly political show, The Beltway Boys, since July 1998 and is a nightly "all stars" panelist on Special Report with Brit Hume.
Morton was regular panelist on The McLaughlin Group from the inception of the highly rated NBC/PBS talk show in 1982 until FoxNews began The Beltway Boys in 1998.
He was executive editor (1977 to 1985) and senior editor (1986 to 1991) for The New
Republic; Morton wrote its “White House Watch” column (1981 to 1985). Morton was the Washington bureau chief for Newsweek (February 1985 to September 1986). Morton served as a panelist for This Week with David Brinkley on ABC-TV (monthly, December 1984 to March 1988), as a columnist for Wall Street Journal (monthly, 1980 to 1985) and the United Features Syndicate (twice weekly, 1983 to 1985), and as a panelist for the 1984 Reagan-Mondale Presidential Debate on Foreign Policy.
He was also a correspondent for The Chicago Sun-Times (1963 to 1977), writing from the
Washington Bureau (1968 to 1977), as a White House Correspondent (1974 to 1977), and as a reporter for the Springfield Bureau Chief (1963 to 1968).
Morton is a board member of the Parkinson's Action Network and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College (A.B. 1960) and was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University.

Frank Pallone, Jr., is serving his eleventh term in the U.S. House of Representative in New Jersey’s Sixth Congressional District.
In the 111th Congress, Pallone continues to serve as a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over issues pertaining to energy, environment, healthcare, commerce and telecommunications. He chairs the Committee's powerful Subcommittee on Health, which has sole jurisdiction over Medicaid, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and shares jurisdiction of Medicare with the Ways and Means Committee. The Health Subcommittee oversees public health, biomedical programs, food and drug safety, mental health and research, hospital construction and all healthcare homeland security-related concerns.
As Health Subcommittee Chairman during the 110th Congress, Frank was the lead author of a new law that dramatically improves drug safety by strengthening FDA's ability to monitor the safety of drugs after they are on the market. He also pushed legislation through his Subcommittee that eventually became law requiring insurance companies to treat mental health benefits the same as medical and surgical benefits.
Frank earned an academic scholarship to Middlebury College. After graduating cum laude from Middlebury in 1973, he received his master's degree in international relations at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He earned his law degree at Rutgers University in 1978, and has been admitted to the bar in four states: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
He began his political career in his home city of Long Branch, getting elected to the City Council in 1982 and winning re-election four years later. In 1983, Frank was elected to the state Senate, representing the Monmouth County coastline and was reelected in 1987.
On November 8, 1988, at the age of 37, Frank was elected to the House of Representatives from New Jersey’s former Third District. In March 1992, a new Congressional district map for New Jersey was adopted and he was elected to the Sixth District seat in November 1992.
Frank married the former Sarah Hospodor in 1992. They have three children, daughters Rose Marie and Celeste Teresa, and a son, Frank Andrew.

Former Florida Congressman Joe Scarborough hosts Morning Joe, a daily newscast on MSNBC. He also provides on-air political commentary for the network, as well as CNBC and NBC's Today Show. But he's more than just a commentator. With over six years of experience in public office, he has practiced what he currently preaches about.
Scarborough was first elected to the US Congress in 1994, becoming the first Republican elected in Florida's First District since 1872. He was reelected three more times, in landslide victories.

Roger Scarlett-Smith, President, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare North America, has headed operations, sales and marketing of the Consumer Healthcare North American business since his appointment in May 2008.
Since October 2004, Roger held the position of General Manager and Vice President, Consumer Healthcare UK, leading the UK Consumer Healthcare business. In July 2007, Roger was elected President of the Proprietary Association of Great Britain, the trade association for manufacturers of OTC medicines and food supplements in the UK.
From 2001 to 2004, Roger worked in Sydney as GSK Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand. Until 2001 he was global Vice-President for Analgesics/Respiratory Tract and Dermatologicals, GSK Consumer Healthcare. He began in this position in 1996, having earlier served as Vice-President of Oral Care and Cough & Cold for GSK Consumer Healthcare North America since 1993. This followed his role as Director of Marketing for Nutritionals, Oral Care and OTC medicines in the UK.
Roger joined GSK in 1984, having worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble in the UK. Roger holds a Degree in Law from St. John's College, Cambridge. He has a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award.

Seal was born February 19, 1963 in London and is of Nigerian and Brazilian descent. His real name is Sealhenry Olumide Samuel. His parents moved to London from Nigeria and divorced while he was still a baby. His facial scars were caused by a bout of discoid lupus in childhood, which also caused hair loss.
His numerous hits include “Kiss from a Rose”, “Prayer for the Dying”, “Killer” and “Future Love Paradise”. Prior to achieving fame, Seal obtained a degree in architecture and spent some time singing in bars and touring Japan, Thailand and India with different bands in the mid-80s.
His debut album was simply titled “Seal” and was released in 1991. This album included the hit “Crazy”, which hit #2 on UK charts. His second album was released in 1994 and was entitled “Seal (1994)”. This album included the single “Kiss from a Rose.” That single was used on the soundtrack of “Batman Forever,” which brought Seal worldwide recognition and won a Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Song of the Year in 1996.
In November 2007, Seal released the album “System.” This album includes the song “Wedding Day” in which he sings a duet with his wife. The single “Amazing” was nominated at the 2007 Grammy awards for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.
His career spans 17 years. In that time he has sold over 15 million albums and won three Grammy awards. He is one of England's best-selling artists.

Dr. Mark Zandi is Chief Economist and co-founder of Economy.com, Inc. Economy.com provides economic research and consulting services to corporations, governments, and institutions and also maintains one of the largest online databases of economic and financial time series. The website operates a number of web sites, including The Dismal Scientist (www.dismal.com), Freelunch.com, and RFA.com.
Zandi directs Economy.com's research and consulting activities. His research interests include macroeconomic, financial, industry, and regional economics. His recent work includes a study of the determinants of house price growth, the location of high-technology centers, and the impact of globalization and technological change on real estate markets.
In addition to being regularly cited in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, BusinessWeek, Fortune, and other leading publications, Zandi also appears on ABC News with Peter Jennings, Wall Street Week, CNN, and CNBC.
Zandi received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics, and his B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His dissertation was conducted at the University of Pennsylvania under the direction of professors Gerry Adams and economics nobel laureate Lawrence Klein.
