NACDS Product Box Program

NACDS is once again assembling the “NACDS Product Box” as part of the 2009 Annual Meeting, April 18–21, at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.  The Product Box will be sent to each registrant at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.  

NACDS is pleased to be working with the Palm Beach Habilitation Center in Florida.  This facility offers counseling, job training, employment, and job placement to individuals with disabilities.  The Palm Beach Habilitation Center will receive your products and assemble the Product Boxes. 

NACDS invites associate member companies to participate by contributing no more than two (2) pieces of merchandise to be included in the Product Boxes.  Participation in this program will provide your company with a great opportunity to familiarize attendees with your exciting products, and get a head start on your Annual Meeting activities.  However, participation will be limited to those companies attending the Annual Meeting.

To participate, CLICK HERE – complete the participation form and return to NACDS along with a piece of the product you wish to contribute by December 5, 2008 to the following address:

Following receipt of your product(s) and the completed participation form, a letter will be sent to you in early January 2009 to confirm your company's participation and to provide you with shipping instructions.  Please note that a total contribution of 1,600 pieces is required for each product you donate for this program.  Products will need to be shipped to the Palm Beach Habilitation Center between January 23 and March 17, 2009.
