General Program Sponsor
In recognition of your valuable contribution, your company will have an opportunity to host a VIP table (for 10) at the Tuesday evening Board of Directors Dinner and receive special reserved entertainment seating on Tuesday evening April 29. You will also be provided with an invitation to attend a special VIP Sponsor’s Reception with the NACDS Board of Directors and retailers as well as acknowledged during the Annual Meeting.

75th Anniversary Opening Night Celebration
The Opening Night Celebration will be the first official event of the 75th Anniversary Celebration and includes a fabulous assortment of cuisine prepared by The Breakers’ award-winning chefs, plus exciting entertainment. Welcome attendees to the Annual Meeting at this grand celebration filled with music, food, and fun. Pillow Cards
This exclusive sponsorship is a time-saver and final nighttime reminder of the next day’s activities. At the conclusion of each business day, a Pillow Card will be placed in the hotel room of all attendees who stay at one of the official designated hotels starting on Friday, April 25 through Tuesday, April 29. This high-profile sponsor opportunity will be the last thing each attendee remembers as they drift off to sleep and the perfect item to get them started for the busy day ahead.

Registration Bag Inserts
Sponsors can place a one-page flyer in the registration bag distributed to all conference attendees. This is ideal to advertise your booth location, invite attendees to your cocktail party, or supply all attendees with your product brochure. Inserts must be 8 1/2” x 11” size or smaller, NACDS needs to approve the insert prior to March 21, 2008, and have in hand by April 11, 2008. Additional fees will apply for late arrivals.

Welcome attendees to this casual poolside reception that includes an open bar and light snacks.
