Registration Information

The registration fees for the 2008 NACDS Annual Meeting are:

Chain Member
(Domestic & International)
$2,800 per person (includes spouse/companion)

Associate Member
(Domestic & International)
$4,700 per person (includes spouse/companion)

Pharmacy Deans
$1,200 per person (one per University)

This fee covers all business programs and social activities. Daily registration and one-day passes are not available. Only registrations accompanied by full payment (check or complete credit card payment information) will be processed.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and are considered official on the date they are received at NACDS headquarters. Refunds, as applicable, will be made after the meeting.

Registration cancellations are required to be made on an official Cancellation Form.

Registration Refunds
If you cancel by Thursday, March 20, NACDS will refund the fee less a 25% processing charge per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Thursday, March 20, 2008.

Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred from one company representative to a substituting representative from the same company at any time without penalty.

Registration substitutions are required to be made on the official Substitution Form.

Attendance Policy
Attendance at the Annual Meeting is limited to executives whose 2008 company membership dues have been paid in full.

Celebrities/Spokespersons
NACDS appreciates the presence of celebrities at the meeting. Companies planning to invite celebrities must send written notification to the NACDS Member Programs & Services Department for approval. All approved celebrities and spokespersons must pay the full Associate Member registration fee.

Children's Attendance
Children under 18 will be charged a registration fee of $250 each. Contact the Conference Registrar at (703) 837-4300 to request a special Children's Registration Form. Please note that children under 18 years of age are discouraged from attending Business Programs, The NACDS Luncheon, and the Board of Directors Reception & Dinner.

Children over 18 years of age who wish to attend the meeting must register as guests and pay the full registration fee.

Meeting Correspondence
Mailings will be sent to the company address you provide on the registration form. If you wish to have follow-up mailings sent to your home or to an address other than your company's corporate address, please complete the appropriate section of the registration form.
