
NACDS is the official housing bureau for the Annual Meeting and will make all hotel reservations through Monday, March 24, 2008. Although we cannot guarantee hotel room rates and availability after Monday, March 24, 2008, we will attempt to accommodate all individuals wishing to attend the Annual Meeting.
In order for NACDS to make your room reservation, you must complete the Housing Section of your registration form. Please make sure to include the following:
All Annual Meeting hotels require a room deposit equaling the entire length of your stay. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided on the Hotel Reservation section of your registration form on Monday, March 24, 2008. No refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after this date.
Hotel room confirmations will be mailed directly from each hotel, not from NACDS. For arrival and/or departure changes, name changes and cancellations, please contact your assigned hotel.
Suite Accommodations
Suite assignments at The Breakers are based on the right of first refusal by past Annual Meeting suite holders. Please email all suite requests to Stacy Jack at sjack@nacds.org. Remember to include the name of the registered conference attendee to whom a suite (if available) should be assigned.
A limited number of suites are also available at other NACDS hotels. NACDS will make every effort to accommodate your request.
