PLEASE NOTE: NACDS will make all hotel reservations until Friday, February 23, 2007. Reservation requests received after February 23 will be honored on a space and rate available basis. Confirmations will be sent to you directly from the hotel. All date changes, cancellations and name substitutions should be made directly with your assigned hotel
NACDS is the official housing bureau for the Supply Chain & Logistics Conference and will make all hotel reservations through Friday, February 23, 2007 . Although we cannot guarantee hotel room rates and availability after February 23, 2007, we will attempt to accommodate all individuals wishing to attend the Supply Chain& Logistics Conference
In order for NACDS to make your room reservation, you must complete the Housing Section of your registration form. Please make sure to include the following:
Hotel arrival and departure dates
Complete credit card information to guarantee your reservation
The official headquarter hotel for the Supply Chain & Logistics Conference requires a room deposit equaling the first and last night's stay. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided on the Hotel Reservation section of your registration form on or after February 23, 2007. No deposit refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after February 23, 2007.
Hotel room confirmations will be mailed directly to you from the hotel, not from NACDS. For arrival and/or departure changes, name changes and cancellations, please contact your assigned hotel.
SUITE ACCOMMODATIONS
Suite requests must be made in writing to housing@nacds.org. Remember to include the name of the conference, the name of the registered conference attendee to whom a suite (if available) should be assigned and the hotel for which you are requesting a suite in. A limited number of suites are available. NACDS will make every effort to accommodate your request.
EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: Your company must purchase booth space in order to be assigned a hotel suite.
