Individual Registration Instructions

  All RFID Suppliers and Vendors attending the conference are required to purchase space in the Exhibit Hall. Please use the Booth Space Application form to the right.
  The booth fee will include Full Registration for 2 people from the exhibiting company. The Supplier/Vendor registration form must be submitted for the 2 Full Registrations and any additional people the exhibiting company chooses to pay for to attend.
  RFID Users may register for the meeting using the User registration form.
  Registrations received without either payment or complete information will not be accepted.
  Fax or Mail: If you wish to fax your individual registration form and pay by credit card, or if you intend to mail your registration and pay by check or credit card. Please make all checks payable to NACDS.
  Fax form with the necessary credit card information to 703-683-5678. All registrants will be e-mailed a conference confirmation.
  Badges will be available onsite and are not provided in advance.

Booth Registration Instructions

  Forward check or credit card payment for the full booth fee with the Booth Space Application Form or a copy of your Form. The booth fee will include Full Registration for 2 people from the exhibiting company. The Supplier/Vendor registration form must be submitted for the 2 Full Registrations and any additional people the exhibiting company chooses to pay for to attend.

  Use U.S. Postal Service First Class, Priority, or Express Mail only (other overnight type mail services will not be accepted).
  Payment must accompany your completed form(s) before your registration will be accepted. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.
  All checks should be payable to “NACDS”.

NACDS will make all hotel reservations until November 2, 2007. Reservation requests received after November 2, 2007 will be honored on a space and rate available basis. Confirmations will be sent to you directly from the hotel. All date changes, cancellations and name substitutions should be made directly with your assigned hotel.

Dress Code

Business Casual Attire (long slacks, collared shirts, casual shoes) (no jeans, sneakers, sandals, etc.) is required for entrance to the Exhibit Hall during all Exhibit Hall hours.
