With a real-time view into the quantity and condition of drugs in each customer location, ASD is able to insure that life-saving specialty drugs are always in stock and maintained at the proper temperature, with the hospital only paying for drugs as they use them. A true watershed event in the industry, this real-life production deployment of RFID demonstrates that RFID is ready for use in the core of a company’s business.
